Shipping & Return Policy

We currently ship across Canada and to eligible addresses in the United States. Please review the applicable shipping and return policy below before placing your order.

Canada Shipping 🇨🇦

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $69 CAD before tax.

  • Orders under $69 CAD are charged a $9.99 CAD flat-rate shipping fee.

  • Free in-store pickup is available at Puzzle Mart.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Canada Returns

We accept returns of eligible Canadian orders as long as the items are returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.

For puzzles and other sealed products, the original factory seal or shrink wrap must be completely intact. Opened, used, damaged, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

U.S. Shipping 🇺🇸

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. A valid physical street address is required.

Shipping to the United States

We offer the following shipping rates for orders shipped to the United States:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $19.99 USD for orders under $199 USD.

  • Free Shipping: On orders of $199 USD or more.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Please note that shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other applicable import charges.

Any additional duties, taxes, or import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately.

These charges are not included in our flat-rate or free shipping offers.

All shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and shipping fees.

Products may be subject to different duty rates depending on their country of origin.

Any applicable import charges shown at checkout must be paid as part of the order before shipment.

U.S. Orders — Final Sale

ALL U.S. ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to international shipping and customs requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations for orders shipped to the United States.

Please carefully review your items, quantities, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Puzzle Mart is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or ineligible shipping address.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, any additional shipping costs required to resend the package will be the customer's responsibility.
