Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69 CAD before taxes.

• Orders below $69 CAD will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Local Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our downtown Toronto location. Customers will receive an email notification once the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
