Return Policy

At Puzzle Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below before sending any items back.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery or pickup date.

  • All items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Opened puzzles or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping ($69 CAD or more), if the return causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, less applicable shipping charges.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged / Defective / Missing Pieces

If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, please contact us directly. Some manufacturers may handle replacement parts or exchanges directly with customers.

In-Store Returns

In-store returns are welcome during business hours with original receipt and eligible items in original condition.
